Things don’t always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective, you have received the wrong item.
Conditions
All items returned to us that do not meet the below conditions may be sent back to the purchaser, so please read carefully.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept ’no fault’ product returns. A ’no fault’ product is a product returned by the customer to our partner in circumstances where the return is not due to the fault of our partner or any fault with the product.
It is very important that you contact us ASAP if the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. All "dead on arrival" goods must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for replacement. All faulty items not returned to us within this timeframe are then subject to manufacturer repair warranties, the terms of which vary across individual brands. Please contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us for advice if you need to be pointed in the right direction.
How to request a return
- To return an item you MUST first obtain a Return Authorisation from a Tassietek Online Pty Ltd Customer Service Representative.
You will need to call us within 14 days of receiving the goods on 1300 791 618 or email us at sales@tassietek.com.au. We will evaluate your return request, and (if appropriate) issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). We will also provide you address details of where to send your return.
- Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
Send your item to the return address we will provide. All items returned COD without prior arrangement will incur a freight charge (this will be deducted from the exchange value). Also, please pack goods appropriately - goods packaged without due care may render the return agreement null and void.
- As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or a credit/refund issued as the case demands.
- Goods returned for refund can not be opened (including shrinkwrap) and must be in re-saleable condition. Exception to this is goods returned under warranty or DOA (dead on arrival).
- The customer is responsible for the freighting of goods to our partners Sydney warehouse unless it is a mis-shipped product.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Once you have requested a RA number it may take up to 3 days before it is issued. If you do not receive it with in 3 days please contact us on 1300 791 618. Or email us at sales@tassietek.com.au
- The return must be received by our warehouse within 14 days after the RA number has been issued.
- Replacement product will only be shipped after the item in question has been received by our partners warehouse.
- All returns must have an RA number.
- Any item that is returned to our partners warehouse without an RA number will be returned to sender.
- Tasietek Online Pty Ltd recommends that high value goods be returned via registered post.
- If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first on 1300 791 618 or email us at sales@tassietek.com.au to confirm if your return can be accepted.
Warranties
Tassietek Online Pty Ltd is a reseller only. Products sold by Tassietek Online Pty Ltd are not manufactured by Tassietek Online Pty Ltd. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Tassietek Online Pty Ltd assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any defective or malfunction. Manufacturer information is printed on the packaging or user manual. Note Tassietek Online Pty has provided below a list of manufacture contacts. Feel free to email or call us for support.
