Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
- The Price Match item must be identical to the Tassietek Online Pty Ltd item, and the product must be new and unopened or damaged. (in the same condition)
- Our Price Match Guarantee applies to online orders only.
- The internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
- Does not apply to internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, door prizes, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers, grey imports (imported from overseas), shipped direct from overseas.
- The internet retailer must be a fully operating business in Australia. Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classifieds ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Ebay.
- Tassietek Online Pty Ltd will not mark down all on-hand stock.
- If a competitor’s ad includes the quantity a customer must buy at an advertised price, Tassietek Online Pty Ltd will maintain the same quantity limitations.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
- For a fair price comparison all other charges from both parties will have to be taken into consideration (shipping and handling, GST, credit card surcharges etc.)
- Items that have been price-matched are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Price matching is not available for previously placed orders.
- We reserve the right to decline to price match if the product is under our cost.
- Tassietek Online Pty Ltd reserves the final right to determine eligibility for this Price Match Guarantee
